The hotel offers okay rooms without complimentary slippers or water, catering more to European tastes than to Indian visitors like myself. The service was generally good, but there were instances of over-zealous staff and unhelpful receptionists. The location is decent for business or airport access. The dining options were limited and not very vegetarian-friendly. Overall, an average experience with some drawbacks.
I was thrilled with the spacious and clean rooms, but the air conditioning didn't provide the best comfort. Despite a booking confirmation mishap, the warmth of the room was excessive even with the air conditioning on.
